    About the workshop: 

    Creo is a family of Computer-aided design (CAD) apps supporting product design for discrete manufacturers and is developed by PTC. The suite consists of apps, each delivering a distinct set of capabilities for a user role within product development.

    Creo runs on Microsoft Windows and provides apps for 3D CAD parametric feature solid modeling, 3D direct modeling, 2D orthographic views, Finite Element Analysis and simulation, schematic design, technical illustrations, and viewing and visualization. Creo can also be paired with Mastercam (Machining based software) to machine any designed model in a minimal timeframe, Creo has increased the rate of rapid prototyping in the industry tremendously.

    piston is a component of reciprocating engines, reciprocating pumps, gas compressors, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders, among other similar mechanisms. It is the moving component that is contained by a cylinder and is made gas-tight by piston rings. In an engine, its purpose is to transfer force from expanding gas in the cylinder to the crankshaft via a piston rod and/or connecting rod. In a pump, the function is reversed and force is transferred from the crankshaft to the piston for the purpose of compressing or ejecting the fluid in the cylinder. In some engines, the piston also acts as a valve by covering and uncovering ports in the cylinder.

Participants have to generate the certificate for themselves from our website only after 23 hours of completion of the session. *Note- You can only generate the certificate if you have registered for this workshop and have attended the same.

    ♦  Certification Process: After completion of the workshop students have to proceed with the certification process. They have to submit feedback of the workshop and then can download the certificate.
