Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both parties are treated with respect.
The registration fee is an essential part of the enrolment process and is non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise that could prevent you from joining the course as planned. In such cases, we offer the flexibility to transfer your registration fee to another batch, provided you are unable to enroll in the next available batch.
If, for any reason, you decide to withdraw from the course within the first month from the commencement date, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please note that this refund is subject to a deduction for taxes and one month's course fees.
We understand that certain exceptional circumstances may necessitate a refund request beyond the initial month. In such cases, we are committed to considering your request, provided it is supported by strong evidence and has a solid ground. The refund will be made after deducting necessary government taxes and course fees on a pro-rata basis. Any refund request after 50% completion of the course duration will not be entertained.
